It’s important to have me time {time for myself} for our own wellbeing, happiness and mental health. Keeping ourselves happy and healthy so that we can give to others.

Often, we forget about prioritising ourselves and our needs in between the endless round of little babaru{s} school and social activities. Looking after family and add in work commitments can leave us feeling like there are no hours left! How can I make time?

Even if it’s 5 mins of self-care…
