Anxiety

Something i felt hugely during my second pregnancy especially having had close mamas who had experienced certain miscarriages, stillborns and difficult pregnancies. One thing i had to keep reminding myself mentally is to focus on ME, even though my thoughts pondered thousand miles i had to always bring it back to me. Believe in my faith with The Almighty, what will happen will happen, it’s not in our hands, after all having a baby is a miracle.

This is something to this day i always reassure most mama friends and family. This special gift is given to us and we are here to nurture, love and care!
