Roses have been used for cultural and medical purposes for thousands of years.

During pregnancy this was my soothing, very relaxing go to drink especially after some yoga stretching and before bed! Also drinking rose tea before and during a menstrual period may reduce pain and psychological symptoms. As it’s naturally caffeine free, I always stay hydrated by drinking this to increase my fluid intake of water, which also aids in weight loss {not that I’m concerned right now} but has its several health benefits too ;)

These natural buds and petals are very calming and uplifting with plenty of vitamin C, antioxidants that work to protect our body from cell damage. The polyphenols in rose tea have been shown to reduce the risk of heart diseases, diabetes, obesity and cognitive diseases.

Here’s to some self care with some rose love :)
