{review} how to have a baby

Pretty Caucasian woman at the beach smiling at camera.

This precious book I gifted myself {great gift to give as well} as it reminds you of the real, practical, mother-gathering guidance on birth and new babies. The title says it all :) this book reassures all mamas and restores whats been missing for far too long. CONFIDENCE.

Additionally, this amazing woman is my natural birth mentor, I didn’t realise how all those weekly prenatal yoga trips {along with free honest, straightforward insight advice/tips} were naturally building my courage mentally for birth. Natalie is someone I thank from the bottom of my heart for everything I’v learnt to this day. If you live around south west London, I highly recommend to attend her sessions or workshops. Shame she only does prenatal mamas, have to be pregnant again {baby no3} in order to see her full time again.

This beautiful book ‘how to have a baby’ – is available on www.tellmeagoodbirthstory.com or for information about her active birth yoga class or doula services, please do support www.comfortandlove.co.uk
