cold eco {therapy}

Embracing long winter walks with some mama therapy and some coffee is what we always need. I feel colder temperatures helps me think clearly and helps me balance my motherhood duties so therefore I’m always outdoors with my little babaru{s}, its part of our daily ritual now. I feel we all sleep better and helps us enhance our immune system when we are exposed to the cold.

Regardless of any anxieties or stress, there is always ray of hope and light ahead.
